Can you believe February is over? how is it nearly March again? I feel as though I’ve spent the majority of the year whilst being furloughed swiping through social media. So this is a post to share my ten favourite posts of February from a few different accounts that I think you should all check out!

The above post is from @hellsvegan her account is full of some really great vegan recipes and ideas, the aesthetics of it all are so on point. My favourite thing about this post though is those crispy potatoes, how good do they look?? It’s also quite nice to see a curried dish with something other than rice!!

If you’re a fan of vegan hacks and recipes then @ambzcooksvegan is where you need to be. Look how amazing her take on kinder happy hippos are! There was even an awesome penguin bar hack on her page which was super easy and I made myself, which I loved!

I loved this post from @hungrygiraffeuk it was posted on pancake day and it was so refreshing to see something other than a pancake full of sweet stuff, which I was also guilty of. This post was like a breath of fresh air from a dessert filled feed all day!

If this burger isn’t making you drool then are you okay??? I love this burger inspo from @plantbasednatasha never seen vegan cheese look so scrummy in a burger before, bloody hell its good.

This post from @veggiedippers had to be in my top ten for feb! First of all who doesn’t love biscoff?? Second of all look at how perfect the spread is dripping down the pancakes, ahh every time I see this pic I want to gobble them all up!!

This post from @dottys.bakes had to make it into Febs top ten as not only do these cakes look so bloody amazing I tasted them so I know how amazing they actually are! If baking inspo is you’re thing then you need to get following this account ASAP!

Peanut butter KitKats were my weakness before going plant based and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw @ameliaxovegan smash out this hack! I can’t wait to try and do this myself, seeing these made my day and I’m sure you’d all enjoy this account too!!

I’m a mushroom lover, a garlic lover and a crepe lover so when I saw @beckys.bowl creamy garlic and mushroom crepes I was insanely happy. Three of my fave things on a plate – DELISH

If avo on toast isn’t good enough, spice it up like @@ellenmcscholey this pic is fab and I love how perf the mushrooms look – get in my belly!!

How wicked does this burrito bowl from @robs.plant.kitchen look?? Ahh l, I need it and I want it. For some inspo you need to check out this guys page!!

So there we have it, these were my fave posts from Feb, good news is it’s nearly spring and the sun will be out again… I’m dying for a pint in a beer garden so here’s to hoping lockdown will end soon!!
