Biscoff swirls
My first time making brownies as a vegan and of course they had to be Biscoff flavour because I am obsessed!

Actually, super easy to make and I didn’t use any random/annoying ingredients that I see all over the web for vegan brownies!
All you need:
125g of plain flour
175g of Demerara sugar
30g of cocoa powder
1tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
100ML of water
150ML of vegetable oil
1 tsp of vanilla essence
3 tbl spoons of Biscoff spread
All you need to do is mix all of the ingredients apart from the Biscoff spread into a large mixing bowl then you want to melt 1tbl spoon of the spread in the microwave and mix that into the mixture also.
Once all the ingredients are mixed you need to pour this into your cake tin and then melt the other 2 spoons of spread and drizzle on top.
Then place this in the oven on gas 6 for around 25-30 mins until the top is a bit crisp and the batter inside is fully cooked!
Then you want to place them in the fridge overnight to help them go gooey!!! Don’t cut your brownies into squares until they have been placed in the fridge!
